Founded with a clear mandate to democratise access to pharmaceutical expertise, we recognised that millions of Nigerians purchase medications daily without professional guidance — often leading to adverse drug events, antibiotic misuse, and preventable harm.
PharmaConsult is our flagship product — a real-time pharmaceutical consultation platform connecting clients directly with licensed, admin-verified pharmacists via secure video calls, before any drug purchase is made.

The Story Behind
PharmaConsult
From a simple observation of a critical gap in Nigerian healthcare to a fully operational digital health platform — here is how Digi-Realm City Solutions Ltd brought PharmaConsult to life.
Our founder noticed a recurring problem — Nigerians routinely buying prescription drugs over the counter without any pharmacist consultation, leading to misuse and adverse reactions.
Digi-Realm City Solutions Ltd was incorporated under the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) of Nigeria with a mandate to build digital-first healthcare solutions.
Development of PharmaConsult commenced. The platform architecture, pharmacist onboarding flow, and payment integration were designed from the ground up.
Six licensed pharmacists from LUTH, General Hospital Lagos, National Hospital Abuja and private practice joined the platform as founding practitioners.
PharmaConsult launched publicly, completing over 1,200 consultations in its first year with a 98% client satisfaction rate and a 4.9-star average pharmacist rating.
